Welcome to the AWANA Blog! Check out this year’s calendar below and tune in each week for updates, reminders and Family Follow Ups. We can’t wait to see you for our first night of programming on September 25th at 6:15PM!

New this year in Awana Clubs:

Monthly Awana Store and Bucks: The last Wednesday of Clubs in each month will be our Awana Store. This year instead of awarding points during Awana, your child will earn Awana Bucks. Clubbers earn bucks by bringing their Bible and uniform each week, attending church, bringing a friend to Awana, and many more ways! Your child will be responsible for keeping track of their own bucks and will have an opportunity to spend those bucks during the Awana Store each month.

Earning Handbook @ Home Time: You might notice that your child doesn’t bring home their handbook each week this year. To earn Handbook @ Home Time students will need to first bring their Bible and wear their uniform for 2 weeks in a row, this earns them the opportunity to bring their handbook home and practice memorizing verses during the week. If Clubbers forget to bring their handbook back to Clubs or are not striving to memorize verses at home, Awana volunteers have the discretion to ask a clubber to re-earn Handbook @ Home Time. While Clubbers work to show their responsibility they’ll still get to bring verses home to memorize each week on scratch paper.

AWANA runs Wednesdays throughout the school year from 6:15PM – 7:45PM.

Programming is available for 3 year-olds to students currently in 4th grade. Along with a nursery for Wednesday night volunteers with younger children.

Join us for our free family meal at 5:15PM. All Wednesday night students, volunteers and families are welcome.
